PLACING AN ORDER:
After placing an item in your cart, you may choose to proceed to checkout or continue shopping. During checkout, you will go thru 4 simple process: Billing, Shipping, Payment, and Order confirmation. *Please make sure that you enter your billing and shipping addresses accordingly*
Once we have received your order, you will receive an email acknowledging the details of your order. This is not an order confirmation, but rather an email letting you know that we have received your requested order.
Please note that this does not guarantee the availability of the piece(s) and that ALL ORDERS ARE SUBJECT TO AVAILABILITY. Although we make every effort to feature in stock piece(s) in our shop, occasionally we may sell out and/or running low on materials. If we are unable to fulfill an order, we will notify you via e-mail within 5 business days and you will not be charged.
ONCE AN ORDER HAS BEEN PLACED AND YOU WISH TO CANCEL, YOU MAY DO SO WITHIN 24 HOURS FROM THE TIME OF ORDER PLACED. Orders placed pass the 24 hour mark will not be cancelled. We reserve the right to decline your order in the event that we are unable to obtain authorization for payment, there are shipping restrictions for a particular item, or item is not in stock.
